The PRINCE2® Practitioner is the second of two examinations that you must pass to become a Registered PRINCE2® Practitioner. The exam measures whether you can demonstrate sufficient ability to apply and tailor PRINCE2® to the running and managing of a project. A successful Practitioner candidate should be able to start applying the method to a real project with suitable direction.
The course follows the 2017 syllabus issued by AXELOS, which focuses on the PRINCE2® framework and how this might be applied pragmatically to real projects. PRINCE2® has established itself as the premier approach to managing projects. PRINCE2® is generic –capable of being applied to any kind of project – tailorable and business-driven. Organisations that have adopted the PRINCE2® have claimed that they have been able to achieve greater customer satisfaction during and at the end of projects, to reduce costs and to realise greater benefit from project deliverables.

The aim of this course is to prepare people who have already passed their PRINCE2® Foundation exam to move to the ‘next level’ – the PRINCE2® Practitioner examination. The course follows the standard syllabus issued by the PRINCE2® Examinations Board, which focuses on the PRINCE2® framework and how this can be applied pragmatically to real projects.
